Each property has its own potential. Some properties require a fairly standard investment to maximize the return, other properties can require more investment to maximize the return. Proper analysis can undercover potentially explosive returns when you know what to look for. Can the property be subdivided? Can square footage be added? Is a rebuild a better return? Short-term vs long-term holds can also be part of the equation to maximizing the returns.
If you can invest each additional dollar and get a 1.5 to 2 times payback, then doing so makes a lot of sense. We are experts at maximizing investment returns.
