This 1957 Mid Century Modern Rambler had been left for dead. With a Modern concept in mind, we brought this property back to life with the current needs and expectations of today’s buyers. After the remodel, it will be ready for the next 70 yrs.
This 1957 Mid Century Modern rambler had been left for dead. It was all original and had lots of leaks and basic neglect issues. The landscaping had grown up over the home to the extent that most of the house was not viewable from the road. And from the house, the Mountian views were not viewable.
The first task was removing all the overgrown landscaping and opening the property back up to sunlight. Doing so virtually doubled the usable lot space.
We restored the mid-century modern back to its glory days by bringing it to its full modern potential. The kitchen was outfitted with a black Viking gas range and an open modern layout.
The living room and bathrooms were also brought up to new Modern styles.
