This North Lake Washington home had been neglected for decades. Everything was original and with a poorly thought-out layout and focus. This Remodel enabled the owners to walk into their home, shut the door, and feel that they had just entered a modern hotel that overlooked Lake Washington. You could now lose yourself in this house and virtually forget sitting right off the street, surrounded by an older neighborhood.
Most of the rooms had some level of reconfiguring done to provide more functionality and privacy. Every cabinet, wall texturing, and flooring were replaced with higher-end materials that provided that modern living atmosphere.
